Leg Cramps
Hi Bodhi-
Any information on prevention of leg cramps(primarily lower leg, anterior and posterior)? Recently, I did a run/walk interval program with steep inclines. Afterward, wow! relentless cramps in tibialis anterior and ankle/toe extensors. Magnesium plus and electrolyte supplement calmed things substantially. Began eating more foods high in magnesium as well. Thank you

Youβre definitely on the right track with magnesium make sure that it is magnesium glycinate and that youβre using at least 300 mg also at least 2 L of water daily
