Leg Cramps

Hi Bodhi-

Any information on prevention of leg cramps(primarily lower leg, anterior and posterior)? Recently, I did a run/walk interval program with steep inclines. Afterward, wow! relentless cramps in tibialis anterior and ankle/toe extensors. Magnesium plus and electrolyte supplement calmed things substantially. Began eating more foods high in magnesium as well. Thank you

You’re definitely on the right track with magnesium make sure that it is magnesium glycinate and that you’re using at least 300 mg also at least 2 L of water daily

Video Buffering Issues

Good Morning Everyone. One of our members had asked me about video freezing or buffering issues. This can be a common issue for video heavy sites if you are using Safari. That browser is not great for Wix sites. All Wix sites work much faster on Chrome. Hope this help any one who might be having that issue.

More ideas 😊

Hello,

Has anyone experienced Block Therapy? Deanna Hansen and Quinn Castelane of Winnipeg (more awesome Canadians πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜). I’ve been a member since September 2025. Along with Qigong, BT addresses releasing of fascial adhesions with compression and shearing of tissue along with diaphragmatic breathing.(painful, but effective)

Where do I begin?

I just joined and do not know where to begin. I had been doing the senior chair video because that is what I found, but though I am in my seventies, I do not need to sit to do this. What is the beginning?

Thank you so much.

Welcome from Ohio, Kathie!

I’m newer to Qigong as well(since December 2024). Qigong has been so helpful with pain relief, improved balance, mental clarity, and overall improved well-being for me.

Qigong to Unwind and Qigong for Inner Peace are a couple of my favorites.

Have fun with it and enjoy! ✌🏻😊

Good morning, I just wanted to remind everyone of our upcoming Live class this Saturday April 4th at 9am EST. I thought I would reach out and see if there are any topics in particular you would like me to address in this months class. I am always open to suggestions.

Hi Bodhi

Thank you for asking for our input.

One of my favorite practices is Gentle Morning Qigong with the visualization of the phoenix, dragon movements. I can really connect to the Qi and always feel lighter and more calm during and after the practice. πŸ™πŸΌπŸ˜Š

Do you have any ideas for a strong grounding session containing the visualization elements with movement?

It’s always fun and exciting to open the site and learn a new practice. We are all very fortunate that you can share your knowledge to help us and the world heal.

Have an amazing day and many thanksβœŒπŸ»πŸ’šπŸ˜Š

Hello,

So grateful to be a new member as of this month.

I am not sure how it works to have access to the live sessions.

Will a link be posted?

Thank you for clarifying.

Peace,
