Lymphatic Drainage Class
Hi Bodhi-Thank you for the great Lymph Drainage Class. More challenging than expected! Great for cardiovascular health and I can really feel movement of blood flow and clearing many internal channels. Biggest challenge was marching segment. Hip flexors begin to burn, breaks taken. Any suggestions on strengthening/stretching hips(and yes, too much sitting is my nemesis π)?
