Toe and finger mobility

I’ve recently noticed that I have a small bunion near the base of the big toe. I’ve tinkered a bit with silicon toe separators and exercises. Since I’ve done your posture and structure program(1 of my many favorites) I’m more aware of correcting external hip rotation (to prevent bunions). Any suggestions on how to improve and maintain mobility of toes and fingers? Thanks very much✌🏻😊

Recovering from the flu

Hi Bodhi! I have a cold and I've been wondering if I can do Qigong exercises or if I should give my body a few days off. Maybe there is a specific practice that can help me overcome this flu? Thank you!

Hi Viviane, I'm so sorry you have been feeling crappy. So Rest is always best when your body is trying to recover form and sickness. However, gentle practice can be of great benefit in the recovery process. A meridian cleanse is always my go to recommendation - https://www.bodhimedicalqigong.com/challenges?wix-vod-video-id=7c8de1dad3ec4f099f4255fe61933d45&wix-vod-comp-id=comp-m0vdr49d2

Second, being mindful of your diet's effect on healing, especially on the strength of the lung is vital to a speedy recover. In this video i cover food that actually strengthen the lung and promote healing. https://www.bodhimedicalqigong.com/nutrition?wix-vod-video-id=7b3eeb78bd4e4a6abe1b5b92ae4a26da&wix-vod-comp-id=comp-m0vf97us5

Qigong Energy Healing

I watched your qigong energy healing video and once again learned amazing information about energy flow and stagnation in our bodies. I’m trained in Craniosacral Therapy which helps bring the CNS back into balance. Energy work has incredible healing benefits for so many conditions. I would love to learn more about your technique. Any recommendations for training with your technique? Much gratitude and thanks.
