Frozen 🥶 shoulder
I have horrible frozen shoulder! This is there first program to help. It’s hard, not going to lie. But I can feel the benefits daily. Is it okay to take longer breaks in between each set?
I am no where near to level 2. But hope to get there!

I want to send so much gratitude to you for sharing the Menopausal Shoulder series. I suffered from frozen shoulder in 2014 and I don’t feel that it’s ever fully recovered. In my education process as a physical therapy assistant, I learned that adhesive capsules was idiopathic. I was pleased to learn new information regarding AC from you. I’ve been doing Level 1 daily for a week. My shoulder range of motion has improved with moderate aching.
As a licensed massage therapist, I’ve shared your information with clients who also have frozen shoulder. I feel that your knowledge of this condition will benefit many. This is my first experience with Qigong, and I’m hooked. I love this practice! Thank you, Bodhi
