I’m currently doing the 3 day qigong with wrist/ankle weights. Already noticing improved strength/muscle tone. 🙏🏼
Do you recommend weights with any other videos? I’d like to increase muscle tone and strength.
I especially have fun with Shaolin(?)-with the phoenix, bear, and horse.
My qigong practice has opened more doors for me on my spiritual journey and I share your site with EVERYONE!

Hi Tracie,
The wrist and ankle weights can really be a fun addition to any qigong program, especially the strength training programs. Just remember on days you do add weights, I would give your body a day of rest the next day to facilitate full recovery.
