Any interest in a program for Posture Strengthening/Awareness?
-opening up anterior body with
progression to strengthening posterior body
-awareness of seated, standing, sleeping postures

One of my favorite practices is Gentle Morning Qigong with the visualization of the phoenix, dragon movements. I can really connect to the Qi and always feel lighter and more calm during and after the practice. 🙏🏼😊
Do you have any ideas for a strong grounding session containing the visualization elements with movement?
It’s always fun and exciting to open the site and learn a new practice. We are all very fortunate that you can share your knowledge to help us and the world heal.
