Dear Bodhi,
Thanks so much for the session on Lower Back Health & Core Strength! Loosening up in the first third of the video is truly aiding the manner in which I deal with my lumbar spinal stenosis. Exercises in the second third are a work in progress.... The final third closely mirrors stretches and exercises from my twice-weekly PT sessions; my therapists are pleased with the congruence of their work and yours. A month or so ago, you also suggested working on the plank progression, which I'm attempting albeit slowly.
With an unlikely return to my livelong obsession with ice dancing (as well as nearing the end of my 60s), I find your Qigong sessions to provide an enjoyable substitute! [Don't let my photo icon fool you as to my age!]
