I recently followed the programs for “Finding Your Center” (and all of the accompanying inner peace programs), and the Live for Stress Awareness. I’m astounded by the effect it’s all had on my search for inner peace (makes me feel a bit emotional 🥹, in a good way). Thank you so very much.🙏🏼
