Wrist pain with upper body weight-bearing workouts

I have experienced wrist pain with movements including upward/downward dog, planks, etc. My left lateral wrist (same side as frozen shoulder) specifically is the issue. Internal rotation of the left shoulder is more prominent than the right. I am currently using Level 2 Menopausal Shoulder 3 times weekly with improved shoulder ROM so far. Should I continue on this path or do you suggest another way to help with the wrist discomfort? Thanks very much!

Thank you. I actually tried the wrist and elbow qigong this morning. Wow, it really woke up my forearms! 🔥 Continuing Meno Shoulder qigong level 2. Our yorkipoo, Sam loves it when Buddy makes an appearance. He’s requesting more videos with Buddy, please. 😄🐱 Beautiful cat!

Chronic Psoas hypertension

With every massage client, I begin with a psoas release to balance the “base” of the body. Every client has hypertension in the hip flexor area and tight or weak glute muscles. Any suggestions on self help for others to improve this condition?

I’ve referred many clients to your site for other conditions in hopes that they’ll explore the many benefits of qigong and your knowledge.

Many thanks and peace to you

Psoas syndrome is super common in todays worl of sitting way to much. Static and Dynamic flexibility is important but so is strengthening the psoas. In addition, core, inner thigh and hamstring stengthening is also vital to balance out the antagonists.

Balancing Yin and Yang in the body

Many of my massage clients (and I do as well) seem to experience recurring pain, discomfort, and muscle imbalance primarily on 1 side of the body. Do you offer a workout (seated and/or standing) and nutritional advice to help repair and maintain this balance? Many thanks
