Hip dysplasia
Hi Bodhi,
I have a client whoβs been diagnosed with hip dysplasia (due to shallow acetabulum). Sheβs been instructed by physical therapy to no longer do squats or cardio. Ortho do said hip replacement should be a strong consideration. Recent massage sessions have helped including iliopsoas, glute medius/maximus release. I suggested the hip/knee mobility qigong program. Any other suggestions? Thanks very much

Great! Iβll recommend that to my client. I appreciate your taking time to answer my (many π) questions.βπ»π
