Hip dysplasia

Hi Bodhi,

I have a client who’s been diagnosed with hip dysplasia (due to shallow acetabulum). She’s been instructed by physical therapy to no longer do squats or cardio. Ortho do said hip replacement should be a strong consideration. Recent massage sessions have helped including iliopsoas, glute medius/maximus release. I suggested the hip/knee mobility qigong program. Any other suggestions? Thanks very much

Great! I’ll recommend that to my client. I appreciate your taking time to answer my (many 😁) questions.✌🏻😁

Fascia and how qigong can benefit facia release

Hi Bodhi,

In my massage practice and personally, I’ve witnessed the benefits of freeing fascial restrictions including increased ROM/decreased pain. I feel that so many could benefit from learning more about fascia. You have an incredible gift for teaching people about how our bodies work. Would you please share your knowledge (on a video or blog) with us?

Much gratitude and thanks 🙏🏼💜✌🏻😊

Thanks for all of your help.

Purchasing membership for family members

Hi Bodhi 😁

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for all of the amazing programs that you share with all of us.

I recently followed the programs for “Finding Your Center” (and all of the accompanying inner peace programs), and the Live for Stress Awareness. I’m astounded by the effect it’s all had on my search for inner peace (makes me feel a bit emotional 🥹, in a good way). Thank you so very much.🙏🏼

I’d love to purchase a membership for my 20 year old granddaughter in Australia. Could you please tell me how to do this?

Many thanks 🙏🏼 ✌🏻💜

Hi Tracie,

The easiest way is to buy a gift card for her. It will give her a year membership. you basically are paying for ten months and you get two months free. https://www.bodhimedicalqigong.com/gift-card

Cervical stenosis

Hi Bodhi. I have recently become a member and really enjoy your teaching. I have been diagnosed with cervical stenosis and have had MRI and CT scans. I have been referred to a Neurosurgeon too. The pain I'm feeling is unbearably difficult but do always feel better after QiGong. Is there anything you can advise to help with my condition. I live in the UK. Thank you.

Corinne:)

Dear Bodhi, I've recently joined your site, and I am already feeling positive results! After a lifetime as an ice dancer (amateur), my back arthritis has progressed to spinal stenosis. So far, PT at an exemplary facility, along with periodic spinal injections, have made my life more than bearable. In addition, I've been following your XiGong classes, especially regarding the lumbar region. You have such a positive and wonderful attitude toward health! Thank you! I hope that, in time, I'll be able to complete a full video of your online sessions. My best regards, RJ Bonk
